1. The service
Dawamy provides time tracking, transparent proof of work, reports, and invoicing for employers and freelancers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals; do not share a single account between people.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Dawamy to falsify hours, misrepresent work, harass others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data belonging to projects you are not a member of. Activity capture must only be used with the tracked person's knowledge and consent.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the projects, time entries, screenshots, reports, and invoices you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content to you and to the project members you share it with.
5. Payments between users
Dawamy generates invoices from tracked hours but is not a party to the agreement between employers and freelancers, does not process payments, and is not responsible for amounts owed or disputes between users.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but provide it without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
7. Termination
You may stop using Dawamy and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dawamy is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
